Florida Boaters Guide.Com is a company owned by Island Ways Enterprises, Inc. Frank L. Dame, President and CEO has been cruising the waters of Florida since 1959. A former business unit president of a fortune 500 company, Frank left the corporate world to pursue a vocation that would complement his love of Florida and its waters. Frank is a Florida licensed Yacht Broker, also holds a USCG 100 ton Master Captain’s license, is a certified SCUBA diver and has a private aircraft pilot’s license.
